In order to improve the consumption level of renewable energy, achieve the national strategy of "dual carbon" and the construction goals of new power systems, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have issued guidance to ensure the sustainability of power transmission in power bases, and realize the integration of wind, solar, water storage, and wind, solar, and thermal storage for multi energy complementarity.


The NseaIDS power base multi energy complementary energy management system bundles various power sources such as wind, solar, water, fire, and storage within the power generation base into a virtual power plant, achieving multi energy complementary optimization scheduling and fully utilizing the frequency regulation and peak shaving capabilities of thermal power units and hydropower units. The energy base adopts a set of AGC and AVC command values to control the total active and reactive power output of the base. The system performs optimization scheduling calculations within the base based on the AGC and AVC command values from the power grid dispatch center, calculates the target values of active and reactive power output for each station, and decomposes the calculated results into the AGC and AVC command values for each corresponding station, decomposing them into each corresponding new energy station or generator set, thereby achieving multi energy complementarity and optimization scheduling for the base.
