■ System Introduction
With the deepening of the primary frequency regulation renovation work of new energy stations, the workload of testing the primary frequency regulation capability of new energy stations is also increasing. The frequency modulation test is affected by weather factors, resulting in a long testing time and multiple round trips to the site, which puts great pressure on the human resources of the testing unit.
The system adopts advanced measurement and communication technologies to achieve remote testing of primary frequency regulation for new energy stations, and automatically outputs the test results.
■ Topology architecture

■ Function description
◇ ◆ ◇ One frequency remote monitoring
Monitor the on/off status of a primary frequency modulation substation;
Monitor the operation of the primary frequency modulation substation;
Monitor the configuration parameters of the primary frequency modulation substation;
Monitor the start/end signal of a frequency modulation test.
◇ ◆ ◇ Remote one-time frequency modulation test
The main station supports sending a frequency modulation test command, monitoring the frequency modulation process through real-time data at the second level, and saving reserved recording files on the sub station side, with a data interval of no more than 40ms between recording files;
After a single experiment, data can be uploaded within 5 minutes;
The testing content meets the requirements of the testing outline of various provincial and municipal electric power research institutes.
◇ ◆ ◇ Automatically generate test reports
Based on the uploaded data from the test, evaluate the performance of the primary frequency modulation, mainly assessing the start-up time, response time, adjustment time, and target active power adjustment accuracy, and automatically issue a test report;
For each testing site, the original test data can be automatically retained for no less than two years.
