■ System Introduction

This system organically combines distributed power sources, controllable loads and energy storage systems, new energy vehicle swapping stations, and charging piles. Through optimized regulation technology and communication technology, various resources are aggregated, coordinated, and intelligently regulated. Scattered power sources and loads are aggregated into controllable resources on a large scale. Through the system, the virtual power plant that aggregates various resources can serve as a "positive power plant" to supply power and peak to the system externally, or as a "negative power plant" to participate in the electricity market and grid operation of the consumption system. Internally, it realizes active coordination and comprehensive consumption of distributed energy, and participates in various types of transactions such as electricity spot market, auxiliary services, and demand response.

The system serves load aggregators, achieving resource aggregation optimization, coordinating and controlling user side resources, supporting their participation as independent market entities in medium - to long-term, spot, auxiliary service and other electricity market transactions, realizing functions such as resource aggregation, coordinated control, operation monitoring, auxiliary decision-making, and operational support.

Aggregation object: Supports the aggregation of three types of resources including power, load, and energy storage, including distributed photovoltaic and distributed wind power resources for grid connected operation, load resources such as electric vehicle charging/swapping stations, and user side energy storage stations;

◆ Aggregate resource quantity for a single virtual power plant: up to 1000 resources can be aggregated;

◆ Aggregate resource capacity of a single virtual power plant: maximum aggregate capacity of 100MW.

Supports network communication protocols such as IEC60870-5-104 and DL476-92, as well as universal interfaces such as WebService and E-files.

The system meets the security protection level requirements of the power grid company's information system and meets professional requirements such as information communication and network security.

The virtual power plant operation and control system communicates with the higher-level power dispatch and trading platform through dedicated lines, and ensures the security of information exchange through national encryption algorithms and hardware encryption chips;

The communication channel between the virtual power plant operation control system and various aggregated resource entities adopts the telecommunications operator VPN network, and ensures the security of information exchange through symmetric encryption and decryption algorithms such as AES 128 bit encryption and decryption.
